Use Our Services
We provide many services to University faculty members and their staff and student assistants for no charge or a reduced fee, often in collaboration with other staff members from Academic and Distributed Computing Services, Office of Information Technology (OIT). We often collaborate with other units to provide these services as well, such as the Office of the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost (SVPP), collegiate units, the Center for Teaching and Learning, and the University Libraries. Meet with our consultants to get help with many aspects of planning and designing classroom learning activities and materials, courses, and even entire curricula that make effective use of educational technologies.
Get advice about integrating evaluation and assessment into teaching and learning projects that make use of educational technologies.
Use our design and development studios and computer classrooms to develop and teach with educational technology activities and materials.
Get free or reduced-priced multimedia software with which you can develop educational technology activities and materials.
Hire one of our student staff members to develop course Web sites or course materials with you.
Take short courses about technology-enhanced learning (TEL), educational technologies such WebVista, and general multimedia development issues. You also can develop pedagogical and technical skills by participating in our programs.
